Anti-BRAF (V600E)
BRAF, a member of the RAF kinase family, is a serine/threonine-protein kinase that participates in cellular signaling pathways, notably the RAS-RAF-MAPK pathway. Its primary function involves the critical regulation of cell growth and proliferation. Mutations in the BRAF gene have been found to be associated with various medical conditions, including cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome, as well as several types of cancers, such as lymphoma, colorectal adenocarcinoma, malignant melanoma, papillary thyroid carcinoma, ovarian carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, and adenocarcinoma of the lung. The pervasive BRAF V600E mutation is a key focus for precise cancer diagnosis and therapies in various cancer types.
