CD11b also known as Mo1, a human myeloid antigen, is a noncovalently associated, two-subunit glycoprotein of 94 and 155 kD. It identifies the C3bi receptor and is expressed by peripheral blood monocytes, certain macrophages, granulocytic cells (from myelocyte to mature neutrophil), and a subset of null cells. Histiocytic cells in the spleen and lymph nodes also express this antigen. This antibody can be used as a neutrophil marker.
