Anti-CD3e
CD3e (CD3ε) is a 20 kDa transmembrane protein and an essential component of the CD3 complex, which is closely associated with the T-cell receptor (TCR) on mature T lymphocytes. It plays a vital role in T-cell development, antigen recognition, and intracellular signaling. CD3ε expression is observed in thymocytes, peripheral T cells, and most T-cell neoplasms. It is absent in B cells, myeloid cells, and non-hematopoietic tissues. This antibody is widely used in identifying T-cell lineage and is particularly important in the diagnosis of T-cell lymphomas and other T-cell–related malignancies
