Anti-CD41/Integrin
CD41 or Integrin alpha chain 2b is a hetero dimeric integral membrane protein. In presence of Ca2+ ion, this protein forms a heterodimer complex (GPIIIb-IIIa) with GPIIIa. This complex will interact to one of the four different adhesive proteins (i.e., fibronectin, von Willebrand factor [Vwf], fibrinogen, or vitronectin. CD41 is majorly expressed on cell membranes of megakaryocytes, platelets, and embryonic hematopoietic stem cells. The integrin alpha chain plays a crucial role in coagulation through its intermediary molecules
