Anti-CD5
CD5 is a 67 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein of the SRCR superfamily, expressed on most T lymphocytes and a subset of B1a B cells. It modulates antigen receptor signaling and contributes to immune tolerance. It is a key IHC marker in lymphoid malignancies, with CD5/CD20 co-expression typical of CLL/SLL and mantle cell lymphoma. Clone C5/8117R is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody validated for IHC, showing strong membranous staining in CD5-positive cells.
