Anti-STAT5A
STAT5a proteins play a critical role in a variety of physiological functions, including reproduction, lactation, somatic growth and immune function. STAT5a and STAT5b are encoded by separate genes and share 93% amino acid identity and their signaling pathway is involved in the transition of organ-confined prostate cancer to hormone-refractory disease.
